Reporting a security issue
Email security@kindooapp.com with what you found and the steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or a short video help.
- Test only with your own details, such as an email address you control.
- Don't access, change or delete other people's data, and don't disrupt the site for anyone else.
- Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you tell anyone else.
If you follow these guidelines in good faith, we won't take legal action against you over your research. We don't run a paid bug bounty yet. We'll keep you updated until the issue is fixed.

Staying safe from scams
- Joining the waitlist is free. Kindoo doesn't take payments or deposits yet, so anyone asking you to pay to join, or to "secure your spot", isn't us.
- We'll never ask for your password, PIN or one-time code by email, message or phone.
- If a message that claims to be from Kindoo looks wrong, forward it to security@kindooapp.com.
What we can't help with yet
Kindoo hasn't launched and doesn't hold accounts or money, so we can't help with transfers, bank accounts or e-wallets at other providers.
