01 About these terms
These terms apply when you use kindooapp.com or join the Kindoo waitlist. Kindoo is operated by We Innovate in Fintech Inc., a Delaware corporation. "Kindoo", "we" and "us" mean We Innovate in Fintech Inc.
Please read them before you join. If you don't agree with them, please don't join. Our privacy policy explains what we collect when you join and how we use it.
02 Kindoo is not a bank
Kindoo is not a bank. We don't hold money, take deposits or send remittances. When Kindoo launches, banking, deposit and remittance services will be provided by licensed partner institutions in each market.
Nothing on this site is an offer of a financial product or service, or financial advice.
03 Kindoo is pre-launch
Kindoo hasn't launched. The features, rates, fees and availability described on this site are what we're building. They may change before release, and some may never be offered where you live.
Figures shown on the site, such as account balances and transfer amounts, are examples. They aren't quotes, rates or offers.
04 What joining the waitlist means
Joining the waitlist is free. It means we hold your place in line, and tell you when early access opens where you are.
Joining doesn't:
- give you a Kindoo account, or guarantee you'll be offered one
- promise when early access will open, or that it will open in your country
- lock in any feature, rate or price
- create a banking or financial relationship with Kindoo or any partner institution.
When accounts open, you'll need to meet the eligibility requirements of Kindoo and our partner institutions, and agree to separate account terms.
To join, you need to be at least 18. Please join only for yourself, with an email address you control.
05 Your place in line and invites
Your place in line starts from when you joined. Each person who joins through your invite link moves you up the list.
Places in line have no cash value, and can't be sold or transferred. Moving up the list is the only thing invites earn.
Invite people you know, and please don't spam. If we find fake, duplicate or automated signups, we may remove them and undo any moves up the list they caused. We may change how the list is ordered, or stop invites altogether, at any time.
06 Using this site
You're welcome to browse this site, share links to it, and invite people you know. Please don't:
- try to reach systems or data you aren't meant to
- overload or disrupt the site, or collect data from it automatically
- sign other people up without their permission
- pretend to be Kindoo, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we're involved.

The Kindoo name, logo and the content of this site belong to Kindoo.
07 No warranty, and limits on liability
We provide this site and the waitlist "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they'll always be online or free of errors, or that Kindoo will launch.
As far as the law allows, Kindoo isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or being on the waitlist.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
08 Changes, and leaving the waitlist
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will show when we last did. If you stay on the waitlist after a change, the updated terms apply.
You can leave the waitlist at any time: write to privacy@kindooapp.com and we'll delete your details. We may close the waitlist, or remove anyone who breaks these terms.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing in these terms limits the protection you have under the law where you live.
